When to Go
There are no bad times to visit Botswana.
June to October is the driest and most popular time to visit Botswana.
Although the driest time of year, at this time the Okavango Delta will actually be in peak flood as the waters take some months to arrive from Angola.
November to March is wetter but it is possible take advantage of excellent low-season prices. The Central Kalahari can also be better during this ‘green season’ as huge herds of animals migrate to the area.
Getting There
Fly indirectly with British Airways via Johannesburg and South African Airways via Johannesburg.
